Veridame LLC Privacy Practices Addendum

This addendum is published by Veridamé (Veridame LLC) and supplements the Shopify-hosted privacy baseline above. If there is a conflict regarding Veridame LLC’s own support handling of privacy requests, this addendum controls for those operational details.

Response timing. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 30 days where required by applicable law, or sooner if applicable law requires a shorter period. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, and we may extend timelines where permitted by law.

Retention. Veridame LLC retains personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide Services, maintain accounts, fulfill orders, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security. Transaction and order records are typically retained for applicable tax and accounting retention periods. Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out, plus a short processing buffer needed to complete the opt-out.

Relationship to the baseline policy. Categories of personal information, sharing disclosures, Shopify’s role, Global Privacy Control handling, and other baseline terms remain as stated in the sections above unless this addendum expressly states otherwise for Veridame LLC support operations.
